Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy to our customers. The 14 days starts from the day the package is delivered to you as our customer. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. A small number of our heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.


Please contact our support team first before you start a return process by sending an email to support@fassetti.com.
We have a no-cash Refund Policy, which means returns are refunded via store credit (minus shipping charges) that you can use storewide on www.fassetti.com.


For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact FASSETTI by email to support@fassetti.com within 14 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence.


The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer (we're sorry) and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery time we do not accept any local Postal Service. Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. To offer faster refund we recommend selecting the option of the sender paying for all customs duties.


Returning items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, have original tags, packaging, and any other attachments that came with the item. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.


Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
