How long does delivery take?
Every pair is printed and made after you order. Production takes 5 to 10 days, then shipping takes about 2 to 4 weeks.
How do I pick my size?
Open the size guide on any product page and compare the insole length with a pair you already own. Still unsure? Email support@fassetti.com before you order and we will help.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Contact support@fassetti.com first so we can guide you. Defects or wrong items: email us within 14 days with photos and we will make it right. Full details are in our refund policy.
Where do you ship?
Shipping is free to the US and Canada, and we ship to many other countries too.
